My immersion in business began at a young age, at 24 leaving an accounting firm to work in a manufacturing business. I have a history of holding senior positions in finance and sales across diverse sectors. My most notable role was 17 years as CFO at a successful residential building business with a top reputation in Christchurch. I bring extensive insider knowledge, providing clients with a distinct advantage. 

My approach in the sales process is characterised by a fast pace and pragmatism, recognising that success hinges on authentic and robust relationships with both sellers and buyers. 

Emphasising integrity, hard work, and effective communication, I am people and systems-oriented, adept at managing multiple tasks with ease. Russell is looking forward to helping you along your business journey.
