Trailer is custom built by NZ food trailers (Tauranga) 4.9m long, tandem trailer with the following upgrades: custom 2 door under bench fridge to fit our dough trays, 2 door under bench freezer, double sink and taps, 600mm wide built in glass door fridge, 3 serving hatches, reinforced for weight and heat protection for pizza oven. Custom stainless steel bench top above dough mixer that can hook up out of the way while making dough and be a functioning benchtop when not using the mixer.

Aluminum gas box built onto trailer with 2x 18kg gas bottles that the business owns and just gets refilled locally.
