We don’t offer our ebikes through retail shops. Instead, we have a nationwide network of dedicated agents who work from their homes, as franchisees looking after their own exclusive region.

Our highly-targeted national marketing campaigns generate a substantial volume of test-ride bookings and qualified enquiries for you. Our agents tell us that for every 10 people who test-ride a MeloYelo e-bike, 8 go on to become customers.

A key part of our proven winning formula is also taking our ebikes out into the community, showing up at local events and offering demonstrations and test rides, getting to know people, building relationships with them and ultimately making sales and welcoming them to the MeloYelo customer community.

As a MeloYelo franchisee you will:

• Follow up on sales enquiries generated through our national marketing;
• Schedule appointments for people to come and see you to test-ride our bikes
• Accompany these people on their test rides wherever possible. (Many older customers have not ridden a bike in years, and so they value the extra hand-holding offered by our agents);
• Make sales, and collect payment from your customers for those sales;
• Order bikes through MeloYelo’s online ordering system, as sales are made;
• Constantly look for ways to show and demonstrate MeloYelo ebikes within your region;
• Help activate our existing customer community in your region, for example by organizing small group rides. We want the MeloYelo customer experience to be second-to-none and there is tremendous opportunity to grow referral business;
• Generate income from ongoing servicing of your customers’ ebikes. (NOTE: You can either service the bikes yourself, or work with someone else in your community to deliver servicing.)
• Use our Customer Relationship Management system (Hubspot) to keep track of your activities.
