Owner Involvement. Roles are divided between the two sisters, each oversee half of the retail week: serving in the shop at busy times, attending to customer service, customers orders and managing staff: 2 baristas working alternate shifts and a retail assistant when required.

Finance and ordering are managed by one sister. POSPRO is used for till, stock input and reporting. The other sister focuses on marketing (Facebook & Instagram), shop displays and sourcing new products. These roles are carried out working at home and allow for flexibility.
